This online payment system is provided by MERCHANT. MERCHANT may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for MERCHANT is India.

Payment Gateway Policy

The details provided by you shall be used solely for the purpose of processing payments made by you to the Institution. All such information shall be kept secure and shall not be disclosed to any third party or used for any purpose other than payment processing.

The following terms and conditions shall apply to all users who wish to access and use the College’s online Payment services. Applicants are advised to read these terms carefully. By using or accessing the online payment gateway facility, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below.

  1. Online Application Facility

The College provides an online facility for submission of applications for admission and for the payment of      application fees, tuition fees, and other applicable fees. Use of this facility is subject to the College’s Rules and Regulations, along with these Terms & Conditions and any special conditions applicable to internet-based services.

  1. Application Fees
  • The application fee is mandatory for submitting an online application.
  • Application fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of admission status.
  • Submission of the application form does not guarantee admission.
  1. College Fees (Tuition Fees)
  • Tuition fees must be paid as per the schedule notified by the College.
  • Fees paid towards tuition are subject to the College’s admission and refund policies.
  • Admission may be cancelled if fees are not paid within the stipulated time.
  1. Other / Miscellaneous Fees
  • Other fees may include, but are not limited to, examination fees, laboratory fees, library fees,  transport fees, and any other charges prescribed by the College.
  • Such fees are payable as notified and may vary depending on the course or services availed.
  • Miscellaneous fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the College.
  1. Mode of Payment
  • All online payments shall be made through authorized payment gateway.
  • The College does not store or process card, UPI, or banking details.
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party payment service providers.
  • Your payment will normally reach the MERCHANT account to which you are making a payment within two working days.
  • We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct MERCHANT account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
  • If the card supplier declines payment the MERCHANT is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
  • In no event will the MERCHANT be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
  1. Failed or Incomplete Transactions
  • In case of failed or pending transactions where the amount is debited, the refund (if applicable) will be processed by the bank or payment gateway as per their timelines.
  • The College shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
  1. Accuracy of Information
  • Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in the online application.
  • The College shall not be liable for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the applicant.
  1. Cancellation & Refunds
  • Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by the College’s Refund Policy and applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • No refund shall be made except as expressly provided under the applicable refund policy.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The College shall not be liable for any technical issues, system failures, or payment gateway errors beyond its control.
  • The College reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the online application service at any time without prior notice.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • The College reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of the online application or payment facility shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
  • Application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Tuition fee refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the College’s refund rules and applicable guidelines, after written cancellation of admission.
  • Miscellaneous fees (examination, laboratory, library, hostel, transport, etc.) are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method and processed as per bank or payment gateway timelines.
  • In case of failed or duplicate transactions, refunds will be handled by the bank or payment gateway.
  • The College’s decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
  • Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons. 
  • Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
  • Fees once paid which are non-refundable for any reason or any clause

IMPORTANT: By submitting a payment through the online payment site, you agree to these terms and conditions as applicable from time to time.
